log in to NTUC Portal
Start by logging into NTUC Portal via the button above at https://skillsupgrade.ntuc.org.sg/. Logging in via SingPass is the easiest method.
Select “Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)” on the left hand navigation menu
This option can be found below the “Update Particulars” option.
Complete the online application details
1) Training Provider: select “NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd (Non Upfront)”
2) Course Name: select the relevant sitting you sat for.
3) Complete the remainder relevant fields.Upload supporting documents
1) Proof of Payment: upload the NTUC LearningHub invoice that was sent to you via email earlier.
2) Proof of Completion: upload your RES exam result.Input your banking details
Upload your latest bank statement or cover page of bank book containing account number and your name.
Submit and screenshot the UTAP application ID
Recording down the UTAP application ID allows you to follow-up the claim in the event of any disputes.

- Real Estate Salesperson Examination (RES) Results
- Latest Bank Statement or Bank Book

When must UTAP be claimed?
Within 6 months of exams or course completion.
Who is eligible for UTAP funding? / Am I Eligible For UTAP?
To be eligible for UTAP funding:
1) Paid-up union membership fee before course commencement, throughout whole course duration and at the point of claim.
2) Course by training provider must be supported under UTAP. Supported courses can be found here.
3) Training must commence within the supported period.
4) Course must not be funded through company sponsorship or other types of funding.
5) Unfunded course fee must be S$20.00 and above.
6) You must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for each application and sat for all prescribed examination(s), if any.
7) UTAP application must be submitted online within 6 months from the course end/exam date.
